GenForge Ltd (“Genforge”) is a data and AI platform providing the website genforge.ai, and associated services including  GenChat an AI services bot. By using any of GenForge's services you agree to the following terms (the "Terms of Use"). If you do not agree then you should not use any of the services provided by Genforge. 

 

Services: Genforge is a data and AI platform with a series of services. Genforge provides a homepage at genforge.ai, and data and AI services through GenChat, an AI chatbot. Genforge provides a range of products under the Genforge name.

Subscription: Monthly subscriptions can be created by the user to get access to Genforge services. Subscriptions renew on a monthly basis unless canceled. Cancellation of a subscription can be done at any time by the user, refer to the  Cancellation section.

Third Parties: Genforge relies on a number of third parties to provide services including OpenAI, Facebook, Twilio, and others. These third parties provide infrastructure and AI services.

Uptime: Genforge provides products and services with rely on third-party services. Genforge is not responsible for guaranteeing the uptime of those services. Users understand that there may be times when the service is not available due to problems with third parties. If these events impact subscriber services, they will not incur a refund.

Cool Down Order Cancelation: If you change your mind about your subscription purchase for any reason within 7 days you can apply for a refund by emailing us at info@genforge.ai. We will respond within 14 days and if a refund is required we will process it using the same means of payment as the one used for the order.

Refunds: Other than the Cool Down Order Cancelation policy, Genforge does not refund subscriptions, however, you can cancel for the following month at any time, see Cancellation.

Cancellation: You can cancel your account for the following month at any time by emailing info@genforge.ai. Please send the email from your account address and include the phone number of any associated account.

Account Deletion: You can delete your account by emailing us at info@genforge.ai. Account deletion is permanent and will remove data associated with your account, so you won't be able to make an account again in the future. Submitting a request to info@genforge.ai CANNOT be canceled - only email info@genforge.ai if you're certain you'd like your account to be deleted. Send an email to info@genforge.ai from the email whose information you'd like deleted including any phone number used for chatbot messaging. In the subject line, include "Account Deletion Request". In the body of the email, include "Please delete my account." We are not able to do any partial deletion. Please ensure that you do not send any sensitive information.

Artificial Intelligence Completions: Completions, also known as responses or replies, provided by Genforge are supplied by third parties and are not fact checked or confirmed by Genforge. Genforge is not responsible for their accuracy or content in any way. Users are responsible for using the information provided by the chatbot at their own risk and should always rely on expert advice where necessary.

Fair Usage Policy: Genforge has a fair usage policy for subscription plans. Genforge services are designed to be used by individuals, not by automated bots. Any usage of bots will lead to account suspension. For GenChat, a fair usage limit of 1,000 messages, 100 images, and 50 documents a month applies. Messages beyond that may result in additional charges, or service may be blocked. Genforge can change the fair usage policy at any time.

Warranties & Responsibility: Genforge makes no warranties or representations about the services or products provided. The user assumes all responsibility and risk for the use of Genforge.

Children: Children under the age of 13 are prohibited from using Genforge services. If you suspect your child has been using Genforge services contact us at info@genforge.ai.

Intellectual Property: Genforge owns all rights and all intellectual property rights in the site at genforge.ai and all associated sites, and all its content. Copying or reproducing any part of the website without written consent from Genforge is prohibited.

Account Suspension/Cancellation: Genforge reserves the right to suspend or cancel a user's account at any time, for any reason.

Disclaimer: All the materials on Genforge sites are provided "as is". Genforge makes no warranties, may it be expressed or implied, therefore negates all other warranties. Genforge does not make any representations concerning the accuracy or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or any sites linked to this website. Genforge has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its services and is not responsible for their content. Genforge has not reviewed all the content of any services linked out from Genforge or services including GenChat and does not guarantee their content.

 

Indemnification: The user agrees to indemnify and hold Genforge, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of user's use of Genforge, the violation of these Terms of Service, or infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

Limitation of Liability: Genforge shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use Genforge or any part thereof.

Governing Law: These terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
